The Laboratory of Applied Hydraulics is one of the oldest Laboratories of the School of Civil Engineering. It was established in 1963 and is located at the homonymous building of the Campus at Zografou.
It focuses on fundamental as well as applied aspects of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, environmental fluid mechanics, hydraulic structures and related areas. It supports core and elective courses in the curriculum of the School of Civil Engineering as well as graduate courses of the interdepartmental program on Water Resources Science and Technology.
